III. Top Teacher Point System To qualify for this competition, you must have the minimum number of entries as indicated above. These awards are based on total entries and total points accrued during the event. Points are awarded to the Professional teacher as listed to the right, in addition to points awarded for the sale of packages “A” and “B”. First and second place teachers must have a minimum of 3 students on Package “A” in addition to themselves. Grand Top Teacher Award category receives 30 pts for the 1st Package “A” sold, 35 pts 2nd sold, 40 pts for 3rd sold, 45 pts 4th sold, 50 pts 5th sold, 60 pts 6th sold, 70 pts 7th sold, 80 pts 8th sold, 90 pts 9th sold, 100 pts 10th sold. Grand Top Teacher Award category receives 20 pts for the 1st Package “B” sold, 25 pts 2nd sold, 30 pts for 3rd sold, 35 pts 4th sold, 40 pts 5th sold, 45 pts 6th sold, 50 pts 7th sold, 55 pts 8th sold, 60 pts 9th sold, 65 pts 10th sold. First and second place teachers must have a minimum of 3 students on Package “A” in addition to themselves. Note: Pro/Am Junior pays 1/2 entry fees and earns 1/2 points. IV. PRE-TEENS, JUNIORS, AND YOUNG ADULTS If couples or Pro/Am pay full fees, they receive points as described in adult entries. If couples or Pro/Am pay a reduced fee, they receive ½ points.
